We want you to love what you wear. If something's not right, here's how it works:
Unworn, unused, unwashed items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Final sale items (underwear, socks, face coverings) can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
To start a return, email thecarpediemcollective@gmail.com with your order number.
Received something faulty? Send us a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort a replacement or refund.
Pre-order items are final sale unless faulty, since they're made to order in limited numbers.
