At CARPE DIEM, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help. This policy explains your rights and how to return items to us.

RETURNS
  • You may return unworn, unused, and unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or clearance reasons, including: underwear, socks, face coverings, and final sale items.

REFUNDS
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
  • If you would like a different size or style, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

RETURN SHIPPING
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund.
