• Unworn, unused, unwashed items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Final sale items (underwear, socks, face coverings) can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

• Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

• Received something faulty? Send us a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort a replacement or refund.
